We also were not able to find our photo from 11/14. I thought maybe it had gotten mixed up with another day so I looked through EVERY photo and ours was no where to be found. Now what happens? And your volunteers did not explain that we had to pay an additional fee to get a copy of our photo. I understand mistakes happen. But at an event as large as this that has gone on for many years all of the kinks should already be ironed out. Perhaps you need a new person to be in charge next year.
On a happier note, this was my first time at the event and truly did enjoy it. The artists we had the pleasure to meet were all very kind, generous with their time and answered any questions we had. All of the art work was stunning! I wish I had that kind of talent. I plan to go again next year and hopefully get a picture.

Ok...I read the "apology" with its grammatical errors...yes there were lots of photographers but not so many at the airport that those photos could not have been put up the same day. There could have been a sign advising people that they were getting zinged...I think next year, Organizers, skip the photo with the shark or any other photo of guests with the art.

Just found the note about what happened with the photos - it's at the bottom left of HOME page - you have to scroll down to see it. Only just solution would be to let us download our pictures - if we can find them.

Interesting that even with all these comments not one person in charge feels it necessary to explain to us what happened to all the pictures. I will NOT be volunteering again as I don't want to be ay part of something this big that steals money from so many very nice patrons who stood in very long lines and in good faith gave their $10 for pictures. BTW the pictures that ARE on the site cannot be downloaded as we were led to believe. You have to pay again!

So sorry! My wife and I were two of the volunteers at the airport for four days from 11am until close. We were collecting the $5 fee to access the viewing platform and the $5 fee to have your photo taken in the shark's mouth. We really had a great time interacting with our visitors. We are so sorry for our involvement in the misinformation and the current situation. Oh, and where's our photo....lol

Very disappointed. They took the money for the picture with the shark,and there is no picture on the website..! 11/17/2014 Where are the photos???

Very disappointed. I think we all paid $10 to stand on the scaffold and look and then to have to photo taken so that we could print it ourselves online. Days to get the photos up and then...we now have to pay more to buy the photo? I couldn't even tell which one was me...and because of the way the photographer took the picture, the shadow just makes it look stupid. Also, the colors in the shark do not show up as they did in real life. A nice thought, but let's face it, it's not Disney world. Thanks for the offer, no thanks.

Very disappointed. After paying $10 for 2 of us to be in the photo, we were under the impression we could download it. I expected the full resolution electronic file, not a print. Now I have to pay again to have it printed. Will not fall for this gimmick next year!
